Summer Intern
Citizens Bank Minnesota is currently offering a paid internship position. The ideal candidate for this entry-level position will work full-time during the summer. This candidate is expected to have completed their sophomore year of college while working towards a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in finance, agri-business, farm management, economics, accounting or related field. The qualified candidate will gain valuable banking experience by joining an organization known for its great culture, teamwork and opportunities to grow within.
Interns will perform various tasks which will provide basic work experience while they demonstrate leadership and become familiar with our culture, team-members and community. Tasks will be supplemented with professional development training, self-study projects, workshops, and community involvement. Our intern will have the opportunity to learn about community banking, participate in community events, and interact and learn from senior leaders on various projects.

Technical Support Analyst - New Ulm

Job Responsibilities:
- Administer, develop and maintain all SharePoint applications.
- Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain new hardware and software across the organization.
- Administer users, groups, and security permissions through all platforms.
- Monitor antivirus alerts and ensure timely remediation of identified threats.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and manage patch deployment to maintain system security.
- Provide basic systems and network support.
- Image and deploy computers using standardized procedures.
- Install and configure scanners for Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to follow technical documentation, procedures, and setup instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and common software applications.
- Familiarity with Office 365 tools, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint administration concepts.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, Wi‑Fi, and cabling.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Customer‑service mindset with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing technology needs.
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
